We offer 6 different packages according to different needs. They are listed in Services, choose the best option for your event. However, we allow you to customize your own bar package.
The total cost will depend on:
– The number of people
– The package
– The amount of hours of service
Bartenders will arrive 1.5 – 2.5 hours before the event begins depending on the package that is chosen as well as the venue. Different packages and venues have different set up requirements.
Yes you can. Please note that providing your own alcohol means that you are responsible for taking away the empty bottles.
A 25% deposit is required to book your event. Deposits are refundable up to 14 days prior to the event date. Any event canceled less than 14 but more than 7 days of the event date, the deposit is nonrefundable. Final guest counts are due 7 days prior to the event along with final payment and event details. Any event canceled within 7 days of the event date is subject to the entire contracted amount. Click here to make your deposit
We understand that your event may run longer than the contracted time. A fee is charged per person for each additional hour. This fee varies depending on the bar package you have selected, however they generally run between €4 and €5 per person. There is also a € 25 charge per bartender for each additional hour.
All packages do not include the local taxes 10%.
An administrative fee of 3% will be added to all credit card payments.
